We’ve compiled a little FAQ to answer some of our most commonly received questions. This will be updated as more come in.
Q. Can you please direct me to someone in your sales/marketing/etc department?
A. No. There are no departments. Circle Six is owned and managed by two people: Dis and Erzebet. We do all the things. Reach one or both of us at [email protected]
Q. How do I know how much an item costs in my own currency?
A. We suggest using xe.com’s Currency Converter Widget to determine the latest exchange rates. This will tell you approximately how much an item will cost in your currency.
Q. I’ve ordered a downloadable product and I can’t find the link. Where is it?
A. After making your purchase in PayPal, please return to the Circle Six website (there will be a link somewhere on the PayPal page). The link to download your product will be waiting for you.
Q. Do you track your shipments?
A. Generally, no. It depends on the shipment. If you’d like your item to be tracked, please contact us before placing your order as tracking increases the postage.
Q. I want you to ship my item to an address that isn’t linked to my PayPal account. Can you help?
A. Yes. During checkout, you’ll find a field in which you can add a requested shipping address. If this field has been completed, we will ship to that address. You are also free to email us with your request, but we suggest doing so at the time you place your order, not two or three days later as your item will most likely have already been sent.
Q. Why isn’t my UK county listed in the checkout dropdown menu?
A. Our shopping cart came packaged with a list of UK cities in place of counties. We’ve corrected most of the list, but it is a work in progress. If your county still isn’t listed, please let us know.
Q. Why are some of your titles shipped separately?
A. It costs a small fortune to ship books internationally from France. Rather than pass that cost on to our customers, who we love very much, we have some of our titles shipped directly from our supplier in the UK.
Q. I refuse to use PayPal. Do you have any other payment options?
A. Despite its failings, PayPal is still the best option for us. We’ll use Google Payments if we have to, but that is the only other option available aside from a bank transfer (to a UK bank). We’ll even turn down cold, hard cash. Send us an email ([email protected]) and we’ll arrange payment with you privately.

A. More information about Erzebet can be found online at www.erzebet.com and a number of other places. Dis prefers to lay low, though you can find him on Facebook. We’re a husband wife who are creative as well as romantic partners.
