Shipping

We use La Poste to ship all orders of handbound books, Guides, and artwork from France. (Our trade titles are still shipped from the UK. See the FAQ for more information.) If you’d like your order to be tracked, please let us know before placing the order as tracking will increase the cost to send.

As far as we know, our customers have experienced no problems receiving post from France (nothing lost, destroyed, etc.). Items we ship from France can take up to a week to reach the UK (which is outrageous) and one to two weeks to reach the USA.
